Bundle Deal Pre-Order Processing Times

When placing a bundle deal pre-order please expect a processing time ranging between 10-14 business days.

Updates will not be sent until this processing period is complete.

You will receive your tracking number via email once this processing period is complete.

No Weekend/Holiday Processing: Orders are not processed over the weekend or during national holidays.

Domestic Shipping

  • Carrier: All orders within the US are shipped via UPS or USPS with signature confirmation and insurance. Packages to PO Boxes are shipped via USPS only.
  • Delivery Times: Standard delivery takes approximately 2-3 business days after processing. Economy delivery takes 5-8 business days after processing.

International Shipping

  • Carrier: International orders are shipped via FedEx Or UPS.
  • Delivery Times: Typically take up to 10 business days.
  • Tariffs and Duties: International shipping costs do not cover tariffs or duties imposed by your home country. Please consider this before placing an order.

Expedited Shipping Requests

  • Request Process: For expedited 1-day shipping, email us at divinehaircollectionllc@gmail.com with your order number. Note that not all requests can be accommodated.

Undeliverable, Lost, or Returned Packages

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to insufficient address information, it will be restocked, and store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card will be issued minus the initial shipping charge and a $35 restock fee.
  • Address Corrections: Ensure your address is correct at checkout. Address changes must be made within 12 hours of purchase. A $5 reassessment fee applies for changes requested after this period.
  • Responsibility: Divine Hair Collection is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Once in the hands of the carrier, contact your local post office for any issues.
